Get Trump’s ICE thugs out of Connecticut

I protested today in front of the Hartford office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which is abducting people off the street in masks and unmarked vans. Feel free to send them an email, saying fascist kidnappers aren’t welcome in Connecticut: HAR.Outreach@ice.dhs.gov

A few people yelled ‘Trump 2028’ and the like at me, but, overall, it was a great experience. In particular, one Spanish-speaking family, who were coming out of the building, asked what my sign meant. When I told them, they were incredibly grateful. One woman literally said, ‘God bless you.’

I’m a little worried I’m going to get spoiled by the feedback and have a hard time going back to animal activism, which is more frequently met with indifference and hostility!
