Democrats should accelerate cellular-agriculture development

I protested in front of the Connecticut Democratic Party headquarters this morning, calling on progressive candidates and officeholders to support public funding for cultivated-meat research. It’s starting to get a little chilly with the wind! I should have worn a sweatshirt.
